How does the $1 Trial work?

$1 for 3 days, then Starter at $39/month unless canceled. 150 trial credits, 1 Seedance generation, and 3 Agent turns. Trial benefits expire after 3 days; saved outputs are kept. Trial is offered with monthly billing, when available, to eligible new accounts. A verified email and card authentication are required. Each account and card can claim it once. Cancel renewal in Billing before the trial ends to avoid the Starter charge.

Are bonus Seedance generations included with paid plans?

Yes. The current one-time Seedance generation allowance for each eligible paid plan is shown in the plan cards above. It is shared by the workspace across Seedance variants and does not refill monthly or annually. Select Free generations to use the bonus, or Credits to use your credit balance.

Do I need a card to create an account?

No. You can create an account and explore the workspace without a card. Free includes welcome credits and access to explore the workspace. A paid plan is required to generate content or export videos.

What is a credit?

Accepted Answer

Credits are how Mozify meters generation. Model, duration, resolution, and output count determine the cost. Included credits expire at the end of your paid month or year. Trial credits expire after the 3-day trial. Purchased top-ups do not expire and require an active paid plan to use.

Do unused monthly credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Included credits are valid for the paid billing period and do not roll over. Annual credits stay available for the full year without monthly resets. Purchased top-ups do not expire.

How does yearly billing work?

Accepted Answer

Pay once for the year and receive all 12 months of credits immediately: Starter $390 for 9,600 credits, Pro $590 for 24,000 credits, Studio $990 for 48,000 credits. Use them anytime during the paid year, with no monthly credit reset. Agent allowances still reset monthly.

Are feature allowances shared by workspace members?

Yes. Starter / Pro / Studio include 10 / 20 / 40 Agent turns per workspace each month, shared by all members. These allowances reset monthly even on annual plans. Top-ups add credits without changing feature limits.

When do I pay?

Browsing the workspace is included with an account. Choose Trial when available, or a monthly or yearly plan, to generate content and export videos. The Trial requires a card and automatically renews as Starter unless canceled.

Can I buy extra credits?

Accepted Answer

An active paid plan can buy 500 credits for $15, 1,500 for $39, or 4,000 for $99. Top-ups and plan changes become available after the Trial. Top-ups never expire. If your paid plan ends, the balance is retained and becomes usable again when you reactivate a paid plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from billing in the workspace. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid. Unused included credits do not roll over after cancel.
