Mozify LLC provides an AI-powered video creation platform where users can create and customize:

• Custom AI avatars with realistic expressions
• Talking head videos with emotion synchronization
• User-generated content (UGC) style videos
• Marketing and educational video content

2. 🔑 User Accounts

Registration Requirements: You must provide true and accurate information when registering, including username and email address.

Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your account information and API Keys. If you discover your account or API Key has been compromised, please change it immediately and notify us.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

You should use the Service correctly according to the API documentation, and must not abuse or call the API beyond reasonable limits.

If any disputes, penalties, or legal liabilities arise from users' violations of relevant laws and regulations, Mozify LLC bears no responsibility. Such responsibilities shall be borne solely by the user.

• Creating deepfakes or misleading content that impersonates real individuals without consent
• Generating content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination

• Using illegal means to obtain, tamper with, or share API Keys
• Redistributing or reselling Mozify services without permission
• Creating adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
